Trabajadores de la SCJN podrán retirar sus ahorros anticipadamente
Ante la incertidumbre generada por la discusión y aprobación de la reforma judicial los trabajadores solicitaron retirar los ahorros que forman parte de un fondo privado que beneficia a mandos medios y personal operativo.

CIUDAD DE MÉXICO (apro).- La Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) habilitó de manera extraordinaria el retiro anticipado de los ahorros de sus trabajadores.
En los pasillos de la Corte fueron colocados los avisos del inicio del Programa Extraordinario de Retiros Anticipados del Fondo de Reserva Individualizado 2024 a través del cual, los trabajadores tendrán hasta el próximo 31 de octubre para realizar el trámite.
El Programa dio inicio en el marco de la próxima transición que deberá realizar la SCJN para implementar la reforma judicial que establece la extinción de las Salas y la reducción de ministros en el Pleno, que supone también la extinción de dos ponencias y diversas áreas administrativas.
Así, los trabajadores podrán retirar el 25% o el 50% del saldo que acumularon en el fondo privado de ahorro que tienen en la SCJN.
Es decir, que dichos recursos no forman parte del presupuesto de la institución ni de los fideicomisos del Máximo Tribunal sino que son aportaciones de los trabajadores.
Fuentes federales confirmaron que en los últimos meses la SCJN recibió diversas solicitudes de sus trabajadores para retirar sus ahorros de manera anticipada debido a la incertidumbre generada por la discusión y aprobación de la reforma judicial.
