PAN no asistirá al “sorteo” público de elección de jueces magistrado y ministros en el Senado

CIUDAD DE MÉXICO (apro).- El grupo parlamentario del PAN informó que no acudirá a la sesión del 12 de octubre en Senado de la República en donde se realizará la insaculación pública en donde se elegirán jueces, magistrados y ministros de la reforma al Poder Judicial, pues dicen que no se cuenta con un marco jurídico que dé certeza.
En un comunicado el grupo parlamentario del PAN detalló que no asistirá a la insaculación pública ya que las reformas legales que se proponen para llevar a cabo el proceso electoral contienen errores, contradicciones y desconocimiento del texto constitucional al cual van a reglamentar.
“Este proceso electoral carece de las garantías de transparencia, imparcialidad y equidad que brinde certeza a las y los participantes. Además, se está legislando pasando por alto las suspensiones dictadas por diversos jueces federales, rompiendo el sistema de equilibrio de poderes que le dan vida a nuestra democracia”, detalla el comunicado.
Para finalizar, los senadores de Acción Nacional reiteraron su compromiso con un mejor sistema de justicia libre de la influencia y manipulación política.
