Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas. Como parte de la capacitación continua que recibe el personal del Centro de Rehabilitación y Educación Especial (CREE) del Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia en Tamaulipas que preside la doctora María de Villarreal, se llevó a cabo el curso de Lengua de Señas Mexicana para reforzar la comunicación con las personas que presenten discapacidad auditiva y que asisten a solicitar algún servicio.
En este curso se incluyeron temas como historia, números, cuestionamiento, cordialidad, familia, verbos, profesiones, cuerpo humano, enfermedades y sus síntomas, vocabulario clínico, entre otros que facilitan el entendimiento cotidiano entre pacientes y el personal de esa institución de asistencia social.
Durante dos días de trabajo, más de 50 profesionales de este centro de atención especializada recibieron los conocimientos prácticos para utilizar este sistema de comunicación, que además promueve la inclusión y la integración de las personas con discapacidad y sus familias.
De esta manera, el DIF Tamaulipas continúa apoyando a quienes más lo necesitan con humanismo y una atención personalizada.
