MADRID, (EUROPA PRESS). – Las autoridades mexicanas informaron este lunes de que han aumentado a nueve las víctimas mortales por el corrimiento de tierra ocurrido en la comunidad de San Luis Acayucan, en el municipio de Jilotzingo, en el estado de México.
La Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana indicó que concluyeron las labores de rescate, de forma que solamente han podido rescatar a tres personas con vida. Además, habilitaron cuatro refugios temporales donde brindaron atención a más de 130 personas, según reza un comunicado publicado en su página web.
Durante el tercer día de labores, las autoridades han rescatado cinco cuerpos, incluido el de un menor de edad de 16 años. Entre los cadáveres recuperados en los días anteriores estaba el de un bebé recién nacido. Los heridos han sido trasladados a un hospital en Naucalpan, informa la cadena de televisión TV Azteca.
En la zona han estado desplegados 584 agentes, tanto de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena), como de la Secretaría de Marina (Semar), la Guardia Nacional (GN), la Coordinación Nacional de Protección Civil (CNPC) y la Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), que han colaborado con autoridades estatales y municipales.
