Milutin Osmajic, quien mordió a Owen Beck, sólo fue amonestado por su acción, en cambio, su rival fue expulsado tras protestar al árbitro por su decisión.

CIUDAD DE MÉXICO (apro).- El pasado 22 de septiembre, el Preston recibió al Blackburn Rovers en el estadio Deepdale, esto por la sexta jornada de la Championship (Segunda División del futbol inglés). El duelo culminó 0-0, pero, más allá del marcador, la noticia fue que un jugador del conjunto local mordió a uno de sus rivales en pleno partido.
El montenegrino Milutin Osmajic, quine ingresó de cambio en el complemento del duelo, no logró sus emociones y en un ataque de ira tras perder un balón terminó mordiendo la espalda de Owen Beck, su rival. Increíblemente, el silbante central sólo mostró la cartulina amarilla al delantero del Preston.
Al no ver sancionada la acción con una expulsión al infractor, Beck se acercó en más de una ocasión al juez central, así como a uno de los abanderados. El zaguero incluso señaló el lugar donde fue la mordida. Pero tras las constantes protestas el árbitro terminó por expulsarlo del juego.

Sin embargo, la Asociación Inglesa no dejó que esa acción terminará así, pues abrió una carpeta de investigación y este día dio a conocer las sanciones para Osmajic: ocho partidos de suspensión en partidos de la Championship y una multa económica 15 mil euros.
